• Strong Working Experience in Application support role / Service Delivery Projects
• Good Deployment and Application troubleshooting skills Experience- Ex: Tomcat Apache/Web logic
• Working knowledge and Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of cloud services is a plus to have.
• Knowledge of Ticketing tools(Service now/Jira).
• Working Knowledge on – Database(Oracle, SQL).
• Should be a Team Player and Self-Motivated leader.
• Strong Communications skills to deal with Internal and external stack holders.
• Strong knowledge and exposure on collaborating and Client Interaction skills.
• Having strong knowledge and exposure on collaborating with Multiple internal and external teams.
• Client Management, Escalation Management, SLA.
• Working on shifts. No Night shifts.
