Experience Range- 2 to 8 Years
Skills required:
- Good understanding of CMMi Dev, ISO 9001 standards/practices
- Good Understanding of life cycle processes, applicable to various projects / methodologies’
- Experience in organizational Process Forums like SEPG, Process Definition, Internal Audit
- Experience in process implementation and auditing
- Experience in Process facilitation & ability to provide process solutions to project teams in order to address practical challenges
- Should be able to assess the effectiveness of process implementation and make adjustments, as appropriate
- Ensure data consistency, data analysis and senior management reporting
- Sound knowledge of various development methodologies, like Waterfall, Agile, etc.
- Good to have experience in agile coaching / consulting
- Good to have knowledge on Service & Infrastructure processes / ITIL
